it has big rooms. the location is in a stunning and great spot in the garden overlooking rutland water. the hotel provides an excellent service.

Practical and spotless rooms are accompanied by excellent service. The hotel is in a stunning and marvellous location to the old Normanton church.

Clean place & very good stuff in a very friendly manner by happy staff. Marvellous setting, just off the hotel's lovely large garden and the 'Water, the restaurant and the conservatory which overlooks the lake. 

The location is amazing, to conservatory. It has a good service and their breakfast is comprehensive and tasty with stunning views overlooking the extensive gardens and fried eggs, for instance.

My favourite property in Oakham. Remote location, fabulous base for discovering Oakham. Positioned in the beautiful area, near to more restaurants and sights, the lovely conservatory which had a beautiful view of the surroundings and all the 

The double room we stayed in was modern and compact. The breakfast was comprehensive and plentiful and included.

Well, the area was very uncomfortable overall.

Double superior and modern units with redecoration going forward, prosecco plus Juliet balcony, and the staff were super friendly. The location was amazing and fab and the room was fairly clean.

Really nice stay, as always. Clean place with pleasant staff and fabulous view of the lake which was a 1 min walk away.

Clean hotel with GOODfacilities and attentive and extremely helpful staff. Not the cheapest one nevertheless great value. Lots of options for good hot breakfast.

Stunning and magnificent setting in the comfortable area, right by all the pubs and restaurants around in villages, Rutland and the lovely conservatory which had a beautiful view of the surroundings. Spotless room with clean bathroom.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great shower. The breakfast was excellent, with friendly staff serving us. The location was also wonderful, offering beautiful views. we highly recommend
